Bacatá serves Modern Colombian (Mod-Co) cuisine inspired by chef-owner Fernando Arevalo's rich culinary journey culture and life experiences. While his approach is backed by the principles of Latin American cuisine, diners will be able to find familiarity in an otherwise unfamiliar setting, as he incorporates modern techniques while highlighting the Japanese influence the cuisine has.
Donned in striking black and red walls that feature many exclusive art pieces from the indigenous population, this 36-seat restaurant also features limited seats with a clear view of happenings in the kitchen and a private room, celebrating the fiery culture of Latin America.
